One of Manifesto’s many attractions is the Apló restaurant, which serves Greek cuisine and specialties. Owner Alex Kirgiannakis already has a flourishing restaurant in Torstrasse, but wanted to be represented in the food hub too. What can you feast on at his place? “Apló means simple in Greek. We are all about good, simple food. Everything is homemade and the products are imported from Greece,” explains Alex Kirgiannakis. Why is a visit to the Greek restaurant worthwhile? “We are very vegan and vegetarian-friendly,” answers the restaurant owner.
